Processing
Processing time happens before your order is shipped, typically 3-5 business days.
Once your order is marked shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. The estimated time below starts once the carrier accepts the tracking.

Shipping rates are determined by your location at check out.

Orders below $50: on average are $5.95-$7.95 to ship.
*We are currently only shipping within the United States of America.
Incorrect Address:
We are not responsible if a package cannot be delivered because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation email. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

Marked as delivered:
Suppose an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service (e.g., USPS) to the correct address provided upon ordering but has yet to arrive to you successfully. In that case, we will endeavor to resend a replacement order to you. This is left to the discretion of Kattekop. We cannot issue a refund.

Duties, Taxes, or Refusal:
We will not be responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.

Return Policy
You can get a full refund if unused and in the original packaging within 90 days of the purchase date. Please fill out the form here and we will email you a return shipping label. Please note the shipping cost will be your responsibility.
Upon receiving your return, we will start the process. You can expect email updates on your return. If you have any questions at any time, please reach out.
Exchange Policy
To exchange your product, please fill out the form here and we will email you a shipping label and directions for the exchange. We will process your exchange upon receiving the returned product. Please expect email updates on the stage your exchange is in. Please note the shipping cost will be your responsibility.
